PACKAGE PRICING

Your rates include flights, 7 nights all inclusive hotel accommodations, 1 piece of checked baggage per person, transfers between airport and resort plus all applicable taxes and fees. A small $200 non-refundable deposit per person will secure your rate if paid by July 15, 2024. Final payments are due August 28, 2024

Pricing Information:

Up to and including 45 days prior to departure the deposit is non-refundable.

21 to 44 days prior to departure 50% of total price is non-refundable.

20 days or less before travel commences and thereafter 100% of total price is non-refundable

21 to 59 days prior to departure, $150 per change per person

20 days or less before travel commences and thereafter, a change to travel date, departure or arrival airport, or hotel is considered a cancellation and full cancellation fees apply

Name Change (A first or last name correction involving 3 or more characters)

21 to 59 days prior to departure, $150 per name

8 to 20 days prior to departure, $250 per name

7 days or less to departure, full cancellation penalties apply.

IMPORTANT: Carry-on baggage costs $25 per bag per direction. A $20 USD departure tax needs to be paid in cash upon departure at the airport.

Insurance Information:

Trip Cancellation, Interruption and Emergency medical travel insurance is highly recommended. If you would like a quote for insurance please fill out the booking form and select the insurance option you would like pricing for. Once the Booking Form has been submitted I will send an email with an accurate quote for the insurance based on trip cost, travel dates, and age of passengers.

To Book:

A VALID Canadian or US PASSPORT is MANDATORY FOR ALL DESTINATIONS. Any exceptions will be noted upon request with I Do Dream Destination Weddings. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT VALID Canadian or US PASSPORTS BE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS PAST DEPARTURE DATES OF TRAVEL. Some destinations require your passport to be valid for 6 months past your intended stay. This will be noted on your invoice.
