All prices are in Canadian dollars and are inclusive of air, accommodation, one piece of baggage per person up to 23 kg, transfers, taxes and fees. A small $200 non-refundable deposit per person will secure your rate at the time of booking. Final payments are due September 11, 2024.

The Fine Print:

The government of the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico is charging resort visitors a new environmental tax of $25 Pesos per room per night (Approx. $1.50 USD per room per night) payable upon check in at your resort. Tourists arriving in the Mexican state Quintana Roo (including Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya), will have to pay an $11 travel tax beginning April 1, 2021.

Foreign travelers will be able to pay the new tax electronically when they book their trip, during their stay, or upon exiting the state via a new website called Visitax (see below). The payment is obligatory for all foreign visitors over 15. There will be also an option to pay in cash at terminals set up in airport.

Insurance Information:

Trip Cancellation, Interruption and Emergency medical travel insurance is highly recommended. If you would like a quote for insurance please fill out the booking form and select the insurance option you would like pricing for. Once the Booking Form has been submitted I will send an email with an accurate quote for the insurance based on trip cost, travel dates, and age of passengers.

To Book:

A VALID Canadian or US PASSPORT is MANDATORY FOR ALL DESTINATIONS. Any exceptions will be noted upon request with I Do Dream Destination Weddings. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT VALID Canadian or US PASSPORTS BE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS PAST DEPARTURE DATES OF TRAVEL. Some destinations require your passport to be valid for 6 months past your intended stay. This will be noted on your invoice.

CANCELLATION AND MEDICAL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED FOR ALL TRAVEL. Emergency medical insurance is MANDATORY for travel to CUBA.
